I am more than pleased with my experience with this Line-x location. I brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for a very unique Line-x request. My Silverado was a completely rust-free vehicle from out west and I knew that it would only take one Wisconsin (liquid salt) winter to bring on the vehicle cancer that plagues this state.
I originally brought the truck in to have the rockers sprayed as that is where most of the rust begins. After an the first quote I had some time to contemplate a more in-depth design and idea. I went back in to discuss extra line-x to be sprayed in a very specific manner. I decided to have the fender areas, wheel wheels, both front and rear bumpers, grill, grill guard and tail gate sprayed as well some plastic pieces. To save on labor costs I disassembled the entire truck.
The day I brought my truck in I went over my requests with the Line-x professional Marlon. He made sure he understood exactly what I was asking of him. I felt very comfortable after leaving that day that the truck would turn out just as I had imagined. I was wrong. It turned out better than I could have ever dreamed! Marlon proved to be just as meticulous as myself and his Line-x abilities are truly and art form. The attention to detail was incredible and he proved to have extensive mechanical (body work knowledge) as he ensured to make sure every clip, bolt, rivet, plastic insert, etc., would still work as it did the day I pulled it off the truck. This made for an effortless reassembly of my truck.
A day after picking up my truck a small chip occurred near the driver door in the crease. This was of no issue to me as I know that it is a very hard location to get perfect with clearances for full coverage between the door and front fender. They had me come in immediately and apologized profusely for the defect. Marlon was able to fix it with ease and you would never know it had ever happened. He also addressed things that I didn't see to further prove his perfectionism.
On top of the amazing Line-x work, the customer service was also top notch. Both Katie and Kelsey are wonderful people that make you feel at home in the shop. I was treated with the upmost respect and never felt like I was pushed in a direction of what they wanted versus what I wanted. Pricing and timing were always extremely clear so there were no surprises when the truck was finished. Kelsey also worked around my hectic schedule and allowed me to pick up my truck after hours on her own time so I could have transportation to work over the weekend. The owner Katie is more than personable and ensures accountability of everyone in the shop. Furthermore, she goes to bat for other customers that are having issues with the manufacturers that supplied parts that they installed. You'll never be left in the dark with the team here at Line-x of Milwaukee.
I could continue this novel of a review as I have more than enough to share about this incredible business. However, it would take up a few pages of Google itself. So, if you are looking for integrity, professionalism, and excellent products and services stop on in; have a cup of coffee, pet the shop dog, and enjoy a Line-X experience unparalleled to any other.
